In the ordinary CNC milling machine or machining center, graphics or text engraving can be realized. And technical capabilities, for general small and medium-sized enterprises, PC-based MasterCAM engraving has broad development prospects. The secondary elements also need to be frictional to generate heat, which causes the machine parts to be thermally deformed. The important parts of the machine tool such as the main shaft, the guide rail, the column, the bed, the table and the tool holder are subject to greater thermal deformation, so the machining is performed. Precision and stiffness play an important role. According to the test results, the relationship between temperature distribution and thermal error of machine tool spindle assembly is analyzed, and the support vector machine prediction model is established and the least squares support vector is verified.
