The color of the synthetic or dyed jadeite is either too uniform, or it is abrupt when changing, the internal fibers are not obvious, and the bubbles are often doped (caused by the pressure during dyeing). However, because C and B goods are still selected from jade raw materials, they cannot be comprehensively identified from the aspects of touch and weight. Deception 3: Pretending emerald with resin fiber inferior jade
Discrimination: The emerald is a beryl family. From the naked eye, it is generally in the form of granules or blocks. It has a glass luster. The transparency is worse than that of jade and glass, but it is more transparent than malachite and rhinestone. In addition, similar to red sapphires, the natural emeralds appearing on the market generally have fine cracks and the weight is basically below 2 carats. If a customer encounters a product that can be purchased for more than 2 carats and 10,000 yuan, it is not a natural product.
Deception 4: Making a fuss about the certificate of the accreditation body
Discrimination: At present, diamonds generally require three certificates. In addition to the quality certificate, they also need to have the test certificate of the provincial inspection agency and the test certificate of the American Gem Society.
