Activities
Focusing on the historical and cultural characteristics of Quanzhou Haisi starting point city, with the theme of “green, quality, self-confidence and individualityâ€, combined with the outstanding works of “My Most Beautiful School Uniform†hand-painted design competition in Quanzhou Primary and Secondary Schools in 2016, the school uniform design was carried out. The first prize, the second prize, the third prize and the merit award of each category are selected through the combination of expert selection and online selection.
Work requirements
[Participants]:
School uniforms, fashion designers, professional colleges and society and design enthusiasts interested in school uniform design activities.

The collections are divided into two categories: sportswear and uniforms, two groups of middle school (secondary) and primary school, A (summer), B (spring and autumn), and C (winter).
Middle school (secondary) group: sportswear (A, B, C); uniform (A, B, C);
Primary school group: sportswear (A, B, C); uniform (A, B, C);
Participants can choose any of the above categories, any group and any style of competition, but the selected styles must include men's and women's wear, and do not accept single sets (only men's or women's) to participate in the evaluation works. A variety of styles can be designed in the same category.
[Entry requirements]:
1. Require participants to use the theme of “green, quality, self-confidence and individuality†as the key to the historical and cultural characteristics of Quanzhou Haisi starting point city. Refer to the outstanding works of “My Most Beautiful School Uniform†hand-painted design competition in Quanzhou Primary and Secondary Schools in 2016. design. The design works should be positive, conform to the characteristics of students, beautiful and generous, and integrate local cultural characteristics to fully demonstrate the actual needs of students for the style of school uniforms. At the same time, strict requirements for comfort and quality, with good cost performance and market forward-looking.
2. The design works should conform to the relevant national standards and regulations of China's school uniforms, such as the “Opinions on Further Strengthening the Management of School Uniforms for Primary and Secondary School Students†and the National Standards Committee “School of Primary and Secondary School Students†(GB/31F888-2915).
3. Creative works must be original (do not infringe on the intellectual property of third parties).
4. The submitted entries and copy data are clearly stated for easy reading and post-production.

1. "2016 "My Most Beautiful School Uniform" Industrial Design Competition Declaration Form" and a letter of commitment signed by the handwritten signature or company seal, after scanning, uploaded to the low stool net or the Innovation Park.
2. Each entry must submit a vertical layout (one male and one female) with a size of 300mm × 550mm; the image resolution is not less than 300dpi, the image format is jpg; the electronic version of the file name is: school ( Unit, organization) + professional (occupation) + name (team name) + name of the work.
3. The design drawings must include the following contents: the name of the competition, the theme of the work, the overall color renderings, the partial renderings, the basic appearance dimensions, the style drawings, the fabric samples, the design descriptions and the introduction of the works, with a focus on the creative nature of the entries. , aesthetics, coordination, theme, market and so on for men, women, winter and summer.
4. The following contents of the design drawings shall not appear: the name of the unit of the entrant and the logo, name (including English or Pinyin abbreviation) or any icons, graphics, etc. related to the identity of the entrant.

1. The design concept should reflect the elements of Haisi culture, Quanzhou culture, moral cultivation, health aesthetics, safety and environmental protection.
2. The style design should reflect the contemporary campus culture and show the healthy and uplifting image of primary and secondary school students.
3. Color selection and matching elegant and generous, in line with the physical and mental characteristics of young people.
4. Fabric selection is safe, environmentally friendly, soft, comfortable, easy to wash and wear.
5. The garment is tailored to fit the body shape of the youth and is easy to exercise.
6. The detail design focuses on the growth and development characteristics of children and adolescents, and protects students' daily safety and health.
[Result Management]:
(1) Copyright Notice
The organizing committee of the competition enjoys the right to display and publish online and offline works, and other forms of promotion and publicity. Except for the Organizing Committee, no unit or individual may redesign, produce, sell, publicize, publish, display or other forms of promotion or publicity of the works submitted to this competition, and may not transfer it to third parties.
(2) Ownership of intellectual property rights
1. The intellectual property rights of all entries are owned by the individual (group or unit) of the entrant. The organizing committee has the right to publicize, publish, display and display the winning works in the media.
2. Participants are strictly prohibited from copying or counterfeiting other people's products or design works. In the event of an entrant's infringement of the intellectual property rights of others or the existence of intellectual property disputes with others, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the entrant's qualifications; the legal liability caused by the intellectual property infringement of the entries is solely borne by the entrant and compensates Therefore, the loss caused to the competition or the organizing committee.
3. During the publicity period, if all sectors of the society disagree with the qualifications and intellectual property rights of the entries, they can send relevant evidence to the organizing committee's mailbox by e-mail, and cancel the qualifications after the verification by the organizing committee. Entries that are the same or similar to the published works will not be selected; if the entries are found after the award and verify the existence of intellectual property disputes, the organizing committee will cancel the qualifications and withdraw the relevant awards.

1. Organize activities such as design promotion conferences and matchmaking meetings to promote the industrialization of design results and realize the market value of design results.
2. Produce a workbook of award-winning works to further promote the design achievements of the competition and promote the transformation of results.
ã€Precautions】:
1. The contest will adopt the online registration method to collect the works. All participants are required to register in the low stool net or the Innovation Park to register and submit the works and the commitment letter as required. All the registration information of this competition is online. Prevail.
2. Participants who are notified of the finalists are requested to submit the source documents for the production of the sample group or model. If the finalist fails to submit the source documents in time, resulting in delays in making samples or models and affecting the final evaluation results, I shall bear the relevant responsibilities.
3. Participants who participated in the defense (the team appointed one), the organizing committee of the competition arranged accommodation, and other expenses were self-care.
4. If there is any change in the above time, the news and notice issued by the organizing committee of the competition on the low stool net shall prevail.
5. The Competition Organizing Committee reserves the right to interpret the terms of the competition.
Contest process
(1) The collection and preliminary evaluation stage of the works (mid-November-December 2016)
1. Do a good job in collecting the entries. Complete the online registration, submission of the commitment letter and complete submission of the entries before December 20.
2. Inviting famous industrial design experts, relevant industry experts and university teachers inside and outside the province to form a preliminary evaluation expert group and a final evaluation expert group.
3. Before December 30, organize the expert group to conduct an online preliminary evaluation on the low-stool network to determine 72 outstanding works (18 in each category, 4 categories in total)
(II) Final evaluation and awarding stage of the work (from mid-January 2017 to the end of February 2017)
1. In mid-January 2017, the 7-day online voting for outstanding works was completed. According to the results of the voting, the top 3 most popular awards were selected. The organization expert group re-evaluated the outstanding works of the initial evaluation, integrated online voting and expert selection results. Finally, each project identified 9 finalists, and the top 6 works in the comprehensive score entered the final evaluation. The other 3 works were Excellence Award.
2. Before mid-February, notify the finalists to send the physical objects or models to the competition organizing committee office or provide 3D source documents. The organizing committee will uniformly produce samples of the finalists.
3. At the end of February, the final evaluation expert group will conduct on-the-spot review and defense of the works entering the final evaluation. According to the evaluation criteria, the specific sub-item weight and the defense situation, the first and second categories of each category will be determined through on-site and part-by-point scoring. The competition consists of four uniforms, middle school (including middle school) uniforms, middle school (including middle school) sportswear, primary school uniforms, and primary school sportswear. Each of them has a first prize, a second prize, and a third prize. Three people will be given 30,000 yuan, 10,000 yuan, 5,000 yuan of funds, and will be awarded certificates and trophies.
