October chemical fiber production was 3.646 million tons

In October 2013, the production of chemical fiber was 3.646 million tons, an increase of 51,000 tons from the previous month's 3.595 million tons. By October this year, the cumulative output of chemical fiber reached 34.128 million tons, a year-on-year increase of 7.8%. The month-to-month increase in the three months from October to October this year was the highest in April. In April, the output of chemical fiber was 3.429 million tons, an increase of 83,000 tons from 3.34 million tons in March, an increase of 2.48%.

From February to October this year, chemical fiber production has maintained a steady growth. In addition to February, the year-on-year increase in all other months was above 5%. The month with the highest cumulative year-on-year increase was July, an increase of 8.4% year-on-year.

In October this year, the output of chemical fiber increased by 10.5% year-on-year, and the output increased significantly. It is understood that the continuous increase in the growth rate of downstream textile production is the main reason for pulling up the growth rate of chemical fiber production in October. In October, driven by the peak demand for the traditional “Golden 9 Silver 10”, the growth rate of chemical fiber downstream textile production gradually increased.
