The inner and outer layers of the pipe are general PP, while the middle layer is high in rigidity and resistant to high load on the ground. The intermediate layer PP is a compound composed of PP and magnesium silicate, and the compound is crosslinked to increase the elastic modulus of the material and has high rigidity.
According to the actual test results, the deformation rate of the general PP water pipe laid underground is 8% after one year, and the deformation rate of the three-layer water pipe by the intermediate modified PP layer is only 2.3%, which is obviously lower than that of the ordinary PP pipe. The rubber sealing ring is connected to the water pipe connection of the three-layer PP. Even if it is deformed by 30% due to external force and load, the connection socket will not be disconnected.
