2. Equipment production process:
(1) The automatic suction device sucks the PP slice from the lower bin into the upper bin.
(2) The PP raw material enters the main screw extruder together with the masterbatch. The section of the electric heating device outside the main screw heats and fuses the chips.
(3) The melt is filtered by a filter and metered out by a metering pump.
(4) The melt is ejected from the spinneret.
(5) Cycling cools the air to draw the tow and send the tow to the screen.
(6) Consolidate the laid fiber web.
